Here you will find all the important information about your stay with us – from useful services and arrival information to amenities and included services. This allows you to plan your stay with ease and look forward to a carefree getaway in Serfaus.

Payment

Deposit 35% of the booking price – payable by bank transfer or card.
Remaining payment after arrival on site – payable in cash, by bank transfer or card.

Cancellation policy

Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
From 3 months before arrival: 40% of the total price
From 1 month before arrival: 70% of the total price
From 1 week before arrival: 90% of the total price
In case of no-show: 100% of the total price

Travel insurance

In the booking manager, you can conveniently add travel insurance to your booking at any time. This ensures you are well protected in case of sudden illness or other unforeseen events.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out until 10:00 a.m.
If you arrive very late, we will prepare everything for a self-check-in. Please send us a message to receive the code for the front door.

Towels & bed linen

Towels and bed linen are included. Towel changes are available every Wednesday and Saturday.

Final cleaning

Final cleaning of the apartment is included. Please wash the dishes before departure and dispose of the rubbish in the garage.
A vacuum cleaner for free use can be found in the cleaning cupboard on the first floor.

Arrival & parking

Free parking spaces are available directly at the house. No reservation is required.
The entrance is located on the north side of the house at the upper level. A parking space for arrival is available there. After unloading, please park your car on the south side.

Ski room & bike room

A storage room with ski racks and a boot dryer is located in the entrance area.
Bicycles can be stored in the garage in a sheltered area.

Babies & toddlers

We are happy to provide baby cots, high chairs and bed rails upon request.

Wi-Fi

Highspeed internet via Wi-Fi or network cable is available free of charge in all apartments as well as in the common room.

Pets

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the entire indoor area.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies.

Underground / traffic restrictions

Please use the free underground instead of your car.
A driving ban applies within Serfaus. Arrival at your accommodation and trips outside Serfaus are permitted.

EV charging station

The nearest public charging station for electric cars is located at the entrance to Serfaus, about 600 m from the house.

Fresh bread roll service

Our bread roll service delivers fresh bread rolls directly to your apartment door from Monday to Saturday by around 7:30 a.m. (for a fee).

Laundry service

Upon request, you can use our washing machine and dryer on the ground floor (for a fee).

  • Use the hikers' bus between Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis free of charge

  • Use the childcare services at the Murmli Club Serfaus and Mini&Maxi Club Fiss-Ladis

In addition, with the Super. Summer. Card. you receive discounts on the All-Mountain Bike Ticket and courses at the bike school.

How to reach Serfaus –
conveniently from all directions
 

Note: Serfaus is car-free – access to your accommodation is permitted.

From Germany: Via the A7 or A95, then over the Fernpass and the A12 motorway to the exit Ried im Oberinntal / Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. From there, follow the signs to Serfaus.

From Switzerland: Via St. Gallen–Arlberg or Chur–Scuol–Martina, then through Nauders and Landeck to Serfaus.

From Italy: Via the A22 Brenner motorway and the A12 to Ried, or alternatively over the Reschen Pass via Nauders to Serfaus.

By plane: Fly to Innsbruck via Vienna, then continue to Serfaus by taxi, or by train to Landeck followed by a bus connection.

Prime location in a relaxing setting at Apart Breila.

The apartment house Breila is located slightly above the centre of Serfaus and impresses with its particularly quiet location. From here you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Despite the elevated position, shops, restaurants and the underground are just a few minutes away.

After an active day in the mountains, you can relax with us and enjoy the special atmosphere of our house and its surroundings.
